Step 1
|
To reserve a unit on the grid you must first have a
Purchase Code. Call an agent of Five Waters at 1.866.342.FIVE (3483) to
get your code. |

Step 2
|
Go to the grid and click refresh to see
up-to-the minute availability, then select an available
unit. Fill in the required information and Purchase
Code and click
on Reserve Unit. |

Step 3
|
Unit is now reserved for 10 days*. Complete your W9,
Reservation Agreement**, enclose a copy of Driver's License
and a written check in the amount of $10,000 made payable
to Irby & Heard, PC and return all necessary
paperwork to the Five Waters Team. Once paperwork is
received, your unit will be marked as sold on the grid
and you will be contacted to confirm your reservation
and finalize contract. |

Step 4
|
Check your e-mail for a confirmation of your unit and
date and time of reservation. Please print and keep this
email for your records. |
*If reservation paperwork is not received
within 10 days, your unit will automatically be placed back
up for Sale.
